Shipping Information
Most orders ship within 1 to 24 hours from the time of purchase
Most online orders received by 12AM Pacific Time Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders after 12AM generally ship the next business day.
Standard Shipping
Delivery time for standard shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states or Puerto Rico is 1-6 business days (See Estimated Delivery Map Below).
Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.
Need it Faster?
Quicker shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. It's important to note that expedited orders must be placed before the 12:00PM (Pacific Time) cut-off or it will ship the next business day. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary — select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details. Not available for large or heavy items requiring special shipping or items shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.
APO/FPO Addresses and Other U.S. Territories
Most orders are delivered to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates. Allow extra time for delivery.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. International shipping options include UPS Standard, Worldwide Expedited, USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International where available.
Please note: Brokerage, taxes, and duties may be required and will be responsible by the recipient of the package.
Freight Truck Shipments
Orders shipped via freight are subject to additional charges per overweight item as shown on the applicable product page. Customers are responsible for all lift-gate charges when shipped by truck.
- Over 150 lbs. in the contiguous states
- Over 70 lbs. outside of the contiguous states
If you do not have the equipment to offload certain overweight items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order and additional charges will apply. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery. A freight company usually contacts you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make lift-gate arrangements. Please assure your order has a valid daytime phone number, or voicemail box set-up.
