Keep them to short patch runs. The finer conductor raises DC resistance, so they are not the right choice for long links or for PoE++ loads in tight bundles.

Yes, for typical PoE and PoE+ devices on short patch runs. Thinner conductors have higher DC resistance and run warmer in large bundles, so keep slim cable to patching inside racks and closets and use standard-gauge cable for long runs or high-power PoE (802.3bt) in tight bundles.
