Blank rack panels and blank keystone panels for closing unused openings.

These are not cosmetic. An open rack space lets cabinet airflow short-circuit past the equipment it is supposed to be cooling, and an unfilled keystone opening lets dust into the panel and the cable behind it. Blanking off the gaps keeps the airflow path intact and the terminations clean.
