Cat6A UTP Booted
Cat6A UTP patch cables with molded boots, rated 10 Gbps at 550 MHz. The difference that matters against Cat6 is distance: Cat6A is specified to hold 10 Gbps across a full 100 m channel, where Cat6 is only rated for 10 Gbps over much shorter runs.
Specify Cat6A when you are building for 10 Gbps as a baseline rather than a best case, or feeding high-power PoE devices where conductor heating in a bundle becomes the limiting factor. Available 0.5 to 200 ft in nine colors.
