RJ45 Plug

RJ45 modular plugs for Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7, and Cat8, supplied in bulk packs, with 6 to 50 micron gold plating and both 2-prong and 3-prong contact designs.

Match the plug to the cable or the termination will not hold: solid-core plugs use contacts that pierce between the strands of a solid conductor, stranded plugs straddle the bundle, and using the wrong one gives an intermittent link that passes a wiggle test and fails later. Feed-through plugs let the conductors exit the front so you can verify the wiring order before you crimp, which is worth the small extra cost on a long day. Shielded versions and load-bar variants for tighter Cat6A geometry are stocked.
